Retail Turnover Down by 1.2%
Sales volume of food retail trade was up by 0.3% in the first nine months of the year while the non-food sector registered a decline by 1.3%.

In the first nine months of 2011, preliminary turnover results of Austrian retail trade (excluding trade of motor vehicles) fell in real terms by 1.2%, compared to the same period of the year before, according to calculations by Statistics Austria.
