RBI Raises Another € 500m

After the capital increase, the Vienna-listed lender has raised capital in the amount of € 500m. The emission was significantly oversubscribed.

Last week, RBI has completed the capital increase successfully. In order to repay the participation capital to public and private investors, the second-largest lender in CESEE has issued shares worth € 2.78bn. In spring, RBI will repay the participation capital amounting to € 2.25bn.
