Opel Records Rise in Production
Opel Austria, a subsidiary of the U.S. group General Motors, could raise production by 11% in 2011.

With 1,55 million engines, Opel Austria´s production almost reached a new record. In 2010, 1.40 million engines were produced. The record figure of 2007, when output amounted to 1.57 million engines, could not be exceeded.
