In the wake of the allegations already made against Ruttenstorfer, the CEO of the energy group OMV is now also being accused of market manipulation. Ruttenstorfer said in an interview on March 18, 2009, that he wanted to keep the stake in the Hungarian MOL at least until the end of 2009.
