Together with our neighboring states Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia as well as with Poland and the European Union we want to bring more vigor to the association negoatiations with the Western Balkan states,” State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Reinhold Lopatka said on the sidelines…
