Bank Austria´s holding company UniCredit may sell a minority stake in Germany HVB.

The former owner of Bank Austria (HVB acquired Bank Austria in 2001) may return to the stock exchange, German newspaper “Spiegel” reports. HVB was acquired itself by UniCredit in 2005.
