The Austrian Frauenthal Group reached an agreement with Japanese Ibiden Group on the sale of its Industrial Honeycombs division.

Frauenthal Holding AG today reached an agreement with Japan’s Ibiden Co., Ltd on the sale of the Division to the Ibiden Group for an equity purchase price of about € 51m, in addition, the puchaser takes over certain financial debt of the division.
