The German Minister of Foreign Affairs Guido Westerwelle thinks that a breach of contract should lead to the exclusion from the Eurozone.

Last week, Austria´s Vice-Chancellor and Minister of Foreign Affairs Michael Spindelegger argued that countries which do not comply with their obligations should leave the Eurozone.
