EVN carries out and terminates release of own shares to employees.

On June 13th, 2013, EVN AG announced the intended transfer of ownership of a maximum of 170,000 non-par value shares in EVN AG to employees of the company as well as specified subsidiaries (EVN Netz GmbH, evn wasser Gesellschaft m.b.H.) pursuant to § 5 of Austrian Disclosure Ordinance in 2002.
