The Hong Kong-based telecommunication company Hutchison is allowed to acquire the third-largest player in Austria.

Today, the Commisson of the European Union officially announced that the takeover of Orange by the smalles telecommunication operator in Austria is approved. Because of preventing a monopoly, Hutchison is obliged to allow other telecommunication copanies in austria to use Orange´s infrastructure.
