Erste Group Bank AG increased the number of its supervisory board members to eleven.

The new additions to the board are Elisabeth Bleyleben-Koren, lawyer Elisabeth Krainer Senger-Weiss and Gunter Griss (husband of the Hypo-Alpe-Adria investigation commission head Irmgard Griss). The shareholder meeting decided also that the bank would pay a dividend of EUR 0.20 per share for 2013.
