After months of disputes between the election winner and Czech President Milos Zeman, the date of the appointment of the new government was announced.

Yesterday Milos Zeman announced that the appointment of the new government will take place at the end of next week, January 17. Bohuslave Sobotka, head of the Czech Social Democrats (CSSD) will be appointed Prime Minister.
