Croatia: Optimism Despite Difficult Frame Conditions

After six consecutive years of negative growth rates, Croatia´s economy is still far away from a recovery. Nevertheless, Croatian entrepreneurs are relatively optimistic.

According to a survey carried out by the Croatian business magazine Privredni Vjesnik, 64% of the respondents said that they expect their business to overcome the effects of the recession. Only 3.4% of the respondents said that they are doubtful whether they will overcome the effects of the economic crisis. In total, 423 companies were interviewed.
