OTP will, according to media reports, take over Banco Popolare Croatia which has a market share of only 0.56 percent.

The Croatian media has reported about Hungarian bank OTP to acquire Croatian affiliate of Banco Popolare (Banco Popolare Croatia), which has a total of 35 branches and assets in the amount of HRK 2.6bn (€ 340m). The core capital comes at HRK 334m (€ 44m).
