The Croatian financial regulator HANFA has approved Adris Grupa, the largest tobacco company on the Balkans, placing its bid to take over insurance company Croatia Osiguranje.

The Croatian financial authority has given green light to Adris Grupa, a conglomerate, which consists of two sectors: tobacco and tourism, for the bid for insurer Croatia Osiguranje. The take-over bid comes at HRK 7,412.25 (US-$ 1,361/€ 977) per share, according to HANFA.
