Peter Simma, Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Wolford AG, is leaving the company on his request.

Since August 2001 Peter Simma has been a member of the Executive Board of Wolford AG with management responsibility for Finance/Controlling, Investor Relations, Legal, Human Resources, IT and Procurement. He will continue to fulfill all his duties and responsibilities at Wolford AG until September 14, 2012, the company announced. A successor of Simma is not known yet.
