Bajaj Increases Stake in KTM

The Indian Investor Rajiv Bajaj now holds a 44.3% share in the Austrian motor-cycle manufacturer.

Rajiv Bajaj, CEO of the Indian motor-cycle producer Bajaj Auto, increases his stake in KTM. Bajaj, who is a member of KTM´s supervisory board, acquired 663,243 shares. The share price was set at € 39. So, the package has a volume of € 25.9m. This corresponds to a 6.3% share in KTM. Already before, Bajaj held 38% in KTM.
