ACP Says No to IPO

The Viennese IT service provider has ruled out an IPO for the next two to three years as the market environment is “not suitable for medium-sized companies”.

The Vienna Stock Exchange will have to wait for new listings of companies. The IT service company ACP, which has been considered as a candidate for an IPO, decided to put its capital market plans on hold. “The stock market euphoria has vanished. An IPO does not make sense for us in the next two to three years”, said CFO Rainer Kalkbrener.
